Myntra.com — money got debited but order was not placed | |||
I was ordering clothes on Myntra app using PhonePe for transaction. The money was debited but the order did not get placed. I tried contacting myntra my emailing them as well but there was no response from their team. Even i tried contacting PhonePe, for which they asked me to contact the merchant. kindly look into this. I have ordered blue A strip top( Tokyo talkies) on 29 SEP 2019 instead of top they delivered me blue long kurta on 09 oct 2019. When I request for return, they won't accept my return and put on hold as quality issue. Kindly take action against them and resolve issues
