Dear All,
I had placed an order (order ID:128434354697526136701) for two sweatshirts (Size: M & L) in Myntra by paying full amount of Rs 1281.
Expected date of delivery was on 30th Nov 2024. On 30th Nov my Myntra app showed that my order is delivered.
where as I didn't receive my complete order, I received only M-Size Sweatshirt the L-Size sweatshirt was missing in the packet.
I received packet on 30th-Nov-2024 at 1:50 PM and after 10 mins I contacted Myntra customer service They told me to wait till 4th Dec-2024.

On 4th Dec'24, And finally after 4 days, ie today, 4th Dec, I contacted Myntra customer service and came to know that I need to wait for another 72hrs.

I am writing this mail with deep grief and disappointment.
I neither got my order nor the refund till now, despite several calls and communications with Myntra.
Only the dates are being extended. I have attached my invoice. Please look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
