Myntra.com — No resolution of preordered products regarding refund

I ordered some product from Myntra and soon after that they deactivated my account without further notice on it, my preorded products and the amount remained as it is and no information is given to me on that, even after so many compiants and email . they ask me to wait for 6th May 2026 but so hear frm their side.
