Myntra.com — Not refunding the money and not responding to my issue.

I have orderd a puma jogger it arrived on time but it was oversized so i requested for return and i am damn sure that I've not misplaced any tags including tags. When the delivery guy picked it up without giving any receipt and then he called me and told me that my return request has got failed. During this I've got the message that my return request has been put on hold and then message came that request has cancelled due to missing tags. I haven't even wore it just by looking at the product i realized that it is way oversized for me so how can any tag would be damaged ? Now they are telling that the product hasn't been picked up yet. This is COMMON SENSE that if the product is not picked up then how can anyone determine it's quality check ? How on earth this is possible ? I want my refund immediately and i wanna get out of this crap. I'll never shop from myntra and I'll tell other people about their behaviour
