Myntra.com — order not placed but amount has been deducted from account | |||||
I tried to order an Adidas bag from Myntra on the 15th of July 2019 of amount inr 2689. I got a message that the amount of inr 2698 has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed and is still in my cart. There was also a glich in the website after the amount was deducted. I have also checked my bank account balance and i am sure that it has been deducted. I will be very happy if you kindly return the same to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I recieved my parcel today nd i want to exchange the product but the product delivered option is not working... However i recieved my product... Plz check it soon

My Myntra account has been blocked without any prior notice or communication i had myntra credits in the same and one prepaid order which is still undelivered.

Called the customer care department several times but everytime they ask for 24 hours..its been almost 3 days now but there is no communication from the team myntra
