Okay. I placed an order for jalandhar city on 10th jan 2016, and got an expected delivery date of 19fh jan.
The order/product was dispatched on the very same date. And on 12th jan the product was recieved at Jalandhar logistics hub. EKART is the logistics partner for both flipkart and Myntra.

On 13thjan, got a message from ekart that my product will be delivered today before 7pm by "delivery boy's name" "phone number". But, no such product arrived at my doorstep on that very day.
Next day, contacted Myntra via email, and it takes atleast a day or two to get a reply back. And got the message from Ekart as well that the product will be delivered today by the same person. Contacted the person, he told me that he is on leave so the product will be delivered tomorrow. I went to that logistics hub Jalandhar and they asked me the tracking id and I provided them that. After that, I was made to wait for around 20-25 minutes, they kept on telling that they were looking out for my order, but I didn't get that order. And then afterwards I left. After this again got the message that they were failed to deliver the product and they have rescheduled it. And this whole process kept on happening till 18th jan which was last date for delivery of product by ekart.
And also I tried contacting the delivery boy aswell in the days between 13-18 twice or thrice but that guy hadn't had a clue about my order. After that got an email on 18th night, that I have made cancellation request of the order, but there was no such cancellation request madeby me. Then, on 19th got call from myntra regarding this that my porder has been cancelled, I tried to listen to there explanation and they told me that there were multiple attempts made to my address and I was not available that's why your order has been cancelled, just disconnected the call as I was busy at that time. After that i called the Myntra cx care in the evening, they don't have any TFN despite being a multimillion company.
And told them about all this and they told me that multiple attempts were made to deliver the product, but unfortunately they were not able to deliver it and that's why, now the product has again been sent back to myntra, and they have cancelled the order. Told them that I haven't recieved any calls from ekatr team or the delivery boy. And narrated them the whole story. They then asked me to wait for next three days till the time they get a revert from there ekart logistics team as well.
And this was there reply, they don't have any streamlined process I guess.

Disappointment/Sufferings offered to me-
4 calls were made by me in all. 3to the delivery guy(5mins) and 1 to myntra(25mins).
2 Emails were sent to Myntra support.
Lot's of humiliation, disppointement, harassment.

Please help me with this.
What i want?
The product andthe compensation from the sole company which is responsible.
