Myntra.com — Product received with no tag

Hi,

I had ordered roadster shoes in size 5 but it did not fit me so I immediately exchanged for size 6. However, during pickup the quality check failed as the shoe did not have the brand name printed on it. The cover and the page inside had the brand name printed but the shoe did not have. I tried reaching out to customer care but they told that they couldn't do anything as the shoes passed the quality check during dispatch. I asked them to take pictures of the shoe that I've received so that they can compare it with the catalogue pictures but still they did not check or ask anything from my side. They went on saying that the right product was dispatched. I told them that the product I received was correct but the brand name was not printed in the shoes. I asked them to show the investigation process but they told that is hidden and as per company policy they will not be able to disclose. It has already been 2 weeks so far. Please look into the matter.
