Dear Myntra Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention the issue regarding my order Order ID # 1295895 [protected] delivered on [13 April 2025]. I received an empty box instead of the shoes I ordered. I have already reached out to customer support multiple times over the past 15 days, but I have yet to receive any resolution.
I kindly request immediate action to resolve this issue, either through a refund or replacement.
Please find the attached images of the empty box and the delivery receipt.
