Myntra.com — refund not received in my bank account for the product a filed a return for

My amount refund has been initiated by myntra but not reflected in my account uptil now
I followed up with the bank they are saying no transaction done yet for refund by myntra
I had purchased 2 track pants of adidas and reebok it didnt fit well so had to return it
Nor the return pickup has taken placeit has been more than a month now
