I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my order placed with Myntra on 11th April 2024 (Order ID: #1264719 [protected]). I ordered the BUNAI Striped V-neck Top with Palazzo. However, when I received the product on 19th April 2024, I found that it was not the product I had ordered. Instead of the BUNAI Striped V-neck Top with Palazzo, I received a green flared gown with embellished work, which, although a beautiful piece, was not the item I had selected.
This mix-up is highly disappointing as I had carefully chosen the item based on its specific features and style. I immediately contacted Myntra's customer support to report the issue, but they have denied my request for a refund, claiming the product delivered was correct, which is not the case.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support channels, Myntra has failed to provide an adequate solution. I am now requesting a full refund of ₹5, 845 for the incorrect item delivered to me.
