Myntra.com — Return and consumer response

I had purchased a product from myntra size was small and quality was very low so i raised a return request ...but no one came to pick product they even didn't called me once without my knowledge the reschedule pickup for 3 days after 3 days they cancelled my return request and when I called customer response team first they raised complaint ...after they cancelled my return request I called customer team again he was unable to answer i told him what action you taken on my complaint ...and he cutted call ...I am fedup of such behaviour... their is no problem response and worst customer support team ...I want my refund ...
