This is with regards to order no: ‘1289619 [protected]’, Product name: ‘Anouk Peach & Grey Peplum Shawl Neck Top & Printed Skirt With Belt Party Co-Ords’ delivered on 29-Jan-2025. A return was requested by me on 27-Jan-2025 for the product and the product was picked up by Myntra executive [Name: Sagar, Contact: [protected]] on 28-Jan-2025 at 10:20 AM from the same address from my hand but marked as ‘Pickup Failed’. I have also obtained CCTV video evidence of Myntra executive picking up the order and raised an issue with the customer support team mentioning all the facts. The complaint was registered with Issue No: IN[protected] and the resolution time was given as 3rd of March 2025. I didn’t receive any call from Myntra team and when I reached out to the support team again today, I was told that they have received a confirmation from the logistics team that the product was not picked up and hence my complained ticket has been closed. The same was repeated by his senior Ms. Nidhi. On asking further for escalation I was told by the support executive Ms. Nidhi that there is no option to raise any complaint further and nothing else can be done here which means as a customer I should forego my money despite knowing that Myntra had taken back the product. I was also not transferred further to any senior thereafter. I was not given the full name of the executive whom I was speaking to stating she was not allowed to share the same.
I am not sure what investigation was done by Myntra team basis which this incorrect conclusion has been arrived as I do have the CCTV footage of Myntra executive picking up the product from my hand and taking it back with him in his Myntra backpack. Please do let me know if you have any option to resolve this. happy to share the recording, if required.
