On 22nd September 2021 I received 2 pairs of roadster t shirts and one Mast & Harbour Men Navy Blue Slim Fit Solid Chinos, the shirts were ok but the trouser is too tight for me so I tried it once and requested for a return at the very same day, I kept all original tags intact and kept it secure in the very same bag it came with and haven't touched it since. The very next day 23rd September 2021, the delivery agent came and checked the product and took it with him, I have got an sms from myntra that the product has been received. But today Friday 24th September 2021 I was told the the product has been failed in quality check. I mean how ? tried it just once and haven't touched it since then. Then I called the customer care and the representative helped me with nothing. What am I going to do ? I am a regular customer of myntra but haven't faced this type of issue till now. I am very disappointed. Please Help me to get my Money back.

After return product quality check failed the product had been sent back to me, then I requested their customer care to connect me to the higher officials. After about 15-17 hours they called me and told me to keep that package with me & they are looking into that matter and also told me to wait for 7 to 8 days. But After 2 days the delivery boy picked up my package and after 3 or 4 hours after that pickup I got a message and got my money back to my account. I suggest you guys to get your money back to your account directly if you don't want to exchange that product.

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by manojit234 the delivery exicutive returned that same trouser back to me yesterday 24th Sept, again I requested for a return the very same day, they are going to pick it up again today and still
got no calls or support from myntra.

Updated by manojit234 got a call from myntra just a moment ago, they told me not to give that product to the delivery man, and to keep that package. They told me they have registered a query and told me to wait till 1st october, they will let me know what will happen next. I'm confused right now.
