Complaint Regarding Return Rejection – Order #1338204 [protected]

I received my Roadster boots without the original Roadster tag and original Roadster box. The product came in a different/used box with stickers pasted on it. I did not remove or damage any tag or packaging. The only tag attached was the Myntra yellow tag, which was intact.

When I requested a return because I did not like the fit, size and style, the pickup agent inspected the product and refused to take it back, claiming the original tag/box was missing. But these were already missing when the product was delivered to me. I have kept the boots in the same unused condition.

I contacted Myntra support multiple times, but I was only told that my concern was understood and that I could exchange the product. I do not want an exchange; I want a return and refund. I should not be forced to keep/pay for a product because of packaging that was never provided to me.

I have also seen similar return issues happen with my friends on Myntra, including wrong-colour jeans and incorrectly sized boots, where pickup was refused despite the products being returned in the same condition.

Please investigate this properly and process my return and refund. I can provide photos/videos as evidence. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
