Myntra.com — Torn Jeans delivered and refusing to refund or replace

A torn jeans delivered and company is refusing to refund or exchange the product. Product is still kept with all the tags attached intact as issue was seen as soon as I opened the product from packet. We have followed up with customer care for past 2 weeks, they now refused to replace, or refund the amount. Furthermore, they failed to follow up on our calls despite claiming to do so in 24h multiple times, despite assuring us that they would get back to us within that timeframe to resolve the issue. Very pathetic, they claim that the product has passed though their quality process without showing any evidence for it from their end, while we have evidence that a defective product was delivered, beyond a reasonable doubt. With this I really doubt if they really follow any quality process. Need help, we cannot be at mercy of these sellers to type and reject the things.
