I placed an order on myntra for the dress
The dress got delivered to me of anther brad and I wanted to return the product as I did not like the quality of the product
Upon requesting for return the pickup agent cam and refused to pickup the dress
I called myntra cxservice they said thati have to cancel the request and raise another request
I did as said, again the pickup agent came and did not pick up my dress
Again I called myntra cx service, they apologised and asked me to wait for 48 hrs.
There was no updaye from the team so post 48 hrs I called up them again, I was told that the return is approvd and they are aranging the pick up agentt for me and asked me to wait for another 24hrs. This has repeatedly for 2-3 times.
Post that an executive told me that the product brand is wrong and I need to share the images of the products. I did share the images, the executive closed that complaint and raised another complaint asking me to share the images again, again I shared the images, after sharing the images its been 10 days there is no update and follow up taken on the complaint
I call the cx care they just say that they are working on the complaint and need to wait for last 24 hrs, 24 hrs are not getting over at all Was this information helpful? |
