Myntra.com — Wrong Product was sent but they declined to refund.

I am writing this note after so much of frustration. I really had a bad experience recently with them; I brought a product through online, but they send the incorrect product. After raising this concerns multiple times through online (shared the image with courier received of receiving wrong product) and follow-up made with Customer Service Agent. Simply they had delayed this refund process till the last day of the product return expired date and finally they say upon investigation on their side, correct product was sent. Due to this, I lost my money unnecessarily.
