Hi, My name is Vivek and I have been a loyal customer of Myntra from the initial days of Myntra and I used my fiance's account ([protected]@gmail.com) to purchase a Fossil watch for our uncle who was going to be in Bangalore until the 31st October as we wanted to gift him. I ordered a Fossil Men Brown & Black Analogue Watch and paid Rs.17, 595 from Myntra they delivered me a wrong product which is a low-quality Emporio Armani which looks very fake and the quality of that watch is so poor and not even worth Rs.500. Now when I am calling up the customer care, they are not registering a complaint. Require your help here.
