MyTVS — bill discrepancy

I left my car for accidental damage repair work to mytvs porur branch on 11th jan 2019, it has been almost 4.5 months still i have'nt got my vehicle back. Initially they said after insurance claim i had to put around 50k from my pocket for the repair work, but later they said i had to pay 70k. But now at the time of taking delivery they are asking me to pay 1lac 30 thousand which led me shock, car idv value it self is 1.5 lac. And they is nothing to spend for 1.6 lac as service cost.
1. They never communicated about this much huge cost of repair to me
2. I never agreed either in written or oral for this huge amout and whenever i ask what will be cost they said around 50k
3. Very lazy and lethargic work from both insurance guy service repair guy.

Now they are saying that there is discrepancy in the bill and following with insurance company.
