MyTVS — Car repair not done

I have given my Car for repair.After 3 months I got call from service person that my car is repaired and they also done road test for 50 plus kilometers and issue rectified.I paid 157000 as repair cost.They also called and collected 1000 rupees for petrol refueling.

I took car out of Garage and within 200 metres same issue is reappearing.Also petrol went dry and I got struck in middle of busy OMR road.

I woul like to get my issue addressed or refund money I have paid.

You will see 1oos of Customer waiting for their car to be repaired for more than 3 months.There is no responsible person at all and no one will even try to hear your complaints.
This is state of so called reputed company TVS.Takng things for granted will not last long.
