I believe I made a mistake in allowing servicing on the TVS side. They are not suitable for personal car servicing and should focus solely on cabs. I have given my car for servicing twice for periodic maintenance and twice for repairs, and each time I believed they were being genuine and honest. However, now I feel it’s more of a strategy to make money.
Every time I complained about something with my car, they would come back recommending the replacement of some component. I trusted them and agreed, thinking they were making the right suggestions. From the beginning, I specifically asked your team to properly fix my engine protector, but after five attempts, they still haven’t been able to do it.
Moreover, every time before delivering the car, your team pressures me to give positive feedback, even before the car is actually delivered.
Please see the attachment. When I sent my car, I specifically asked your executive to fix my engine protector.in fact, your team was the one who had removed the protector at my home earlier. When I gave my car for installing a new protector, they didn’t fix it properly, which caused it to come loose.
Additionally, your team has changed multiple parts in my car, but not once have I received any of the faulty parts in return. This has raised serious doubts for me — whether they were actually replacing parts or just making money from unnecessary replacements.
And lastly, during my last visit to your workshop, my new badminton shoes were inside the car, and they were not returned. I didn’t want to bring this up, but given the overall experience, I feel it’s important to highlight this as well.
