My name is Sankar from Madurai. My car (TN58AD 5928) was given for general check-up service at your service center near Fatima College on 25.04.2026 at 8:00 AM.
However, even after 4 days, no proper service has been carried out. The vehicle was kept parked outside on the road in a dirty condition. When I visited the service center today evening, I was informed that the car would only be ready tomorrow morning.
I had planned a family trip to Thiruchendur temple today, which has been affected due to this delay.
Additionally:
No prior updates or proper communication were provided.
On 27.04.2026, I was informed that the vehicle would be ready by 3:30 PM, but even by 6:00 PM, it was not delivered.
The car has now developed a heavy scratch on the left-hand side while parked outside.
Despite no proper service being completed, an amount of Rs. 600 was collected without justification.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poor service standards.
I request your immediate attention to:
Deliver the vehicle without further delay.
Investigate and address the damage caused to my car.
Clarify the charges collected.
Take necessary action to avoid such issues for other customers in the future.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.
