MyTVS — delay by more than 45 days for delivery of my s cross car

I have my s cross car after i met with accident on 7th jan 2020 and the person rmaesh who is dealing with my car promised delivery in 20-25 days but even after 45 days my car has not been delivered and ramesh the person in charge told it will take 2 weeks more.
