Hi, mytvs pushed me to take my worst experiance into cunsumer forum, before i'm writing here to address management about my bitter experiance with mytvs.. weeks before i got call from go bumper anout my vehicle service and they referred mytvs ambatur. Since i had good opinion about tvs i decided to go ahead.. after that i felt very bad about my decision every day, becase, day one i got text msg you approved for Rs. 1460/- for your Nissan car service, which i was not approved, day 2 one of your service engineer Mr. Imran called and informed need to change some parts and accessories which will cost you around 25000/- which i was not prepared financially, but after the discussion i said ok and go ahead, day 4 i received another msg and made me into shock and depression. The msg was thank you for approving Rs. 52087.48, again which was not approved by me and discussed with me at all. I was really surprised and upset about the worst process made by mytvs and understood that the people try to make the customers fool and extract more money to achieve their targets. But this is not away. Again i called Mr imran and demanded for explanation, but he not given any convincing replay to i paid entire payment and ask for my car delivery. No response for one hole day. Again i called this guy and got irrelevant answer. Understand that they don't have any courtesy only moto to extract money from customer.. all the worst experiance i am going throgh i am not received single call from any one from my tvs expect payment call.. its most worst part.. finally they deliver my car through 3rd party car driver and informed don't stop vehicle any where because of low battery !! How dare the service vehicle delivery without even a battery charged?? I can't even test drive to check my car status after spending 52000/- hard earned money. Another worst part manager just texting in whats app with cool attitude not even bother about customer pain.. i am wondering that my tvs paying salary to this guys ?? Do this team having any knowledge aboit customer care or customer retention agenda through atleast bare min customer experience.. really this lethargic approach screwed up my temper..
