As I gave my car for an interior service.. the service was worst and waste of my money .. the interior was just remaining as it is…. The mat and floor was very very worst .. either I need my money refund or l need to fulfill with service

    I have give my car Ford Figo(TN02AQ3632) post accident on june 11th. they have promised to give the car in 20 day. It is almost 60days still didnt handover the car. They keep giving fake commitment like, next monday..next monday...Next friday Many monday & friday gone still didnt get a the car

      Hi, I am very sad here I had given my car for dent removal and painting services to GoBumpr mytvs at RR Nagar Mysore road on 8th Jul 2022, circumstances went around like they had not completed the service with proper finish and I had to go there and check and tell them to do the correction. Manager Balram Singh and Service Supervisor Rajendra Naidu both have very casual attitudes and my car is still in their primises with dust occupied.
      Today is 9th Aug 2022 and my car is still not delivered.

          I am writing this complaint after got frustrated of your service. My car is at one of your service centre for accidental service. All they do is false promises. Even after 30 days of submitting my car they haven't started the work not even touched it yet. even they haven't ordered all the parts that needs replacement. I don't know what to do now.

            Just for oil change and water wash they charge 1200/-. Even a screw is not tightened. They try to replace many parts and i[censored] ask questions they will compromise and use the old parts. Many issues post service like self start not working, engine cuts off etc. Can't reach customer care even after mails, and we have to explain to many and u will get reply as "Sorry" and they won't call u again. Don't give money for petrol or leave bike with petrol, I recieved with empty tank even after giving money for petrol.

            The worst two wheeler service done. Increased the bill amount for replacement. But no service was done. Better to shut down all your service centres to help the common citizens.

              Hi, mytvs pushed me to take my worst experiance into cunsumer forum, before i'm writing here to address management about my bitter experiance with mytvs.. weeks before i got call from go bumper anout my vehicle service and they referred mytvs ambatur. Since i had good opinion about tvs i decided to go ahead.. after that i felt very bad about my decision every day, becase, day one i got text msg you approved for Rs. 1460/- for your Nissan car service, which i was not approved, day 2 one of your service engineer Mr. Imran called and informed need to change some parts and accessories which will cost you around 25000/- which i was not prepared financially, but after the discussion i said ok and go ahead, day 4 i received another msg and made me into shock and depression. The msg was thank you for approving Rs. 52087.48, again which was not approved by me and discussed with me at all. I was really surprised and upset about the worst process made by mytvs and understood that the people try to make the customers fool and extract more money to achieve their targets. But this is not away. Again i called Mr imran and demanded for explanation, but he not given any convincing replay to i paid entire payment and ask for my car delivery. No response for one hole day. Again i called this guy and got irrelevant answer. Understand that they don't have any courtesy only moto to extract money from customer.. all the worst experiance i am going throgh i am not received single call from any one from my tvs expect payment call.. its most worst part.. finally they deliver my car through 3rd party car driver and informed don't stop vehicle any where because of low battery !! How dare the service vehicle delivery without even a battery charged?? I can't even test drive to check my car status after spending 52000/- hard earned money. Another worst part manager just texting in whats app with cool attitude not even bother about customer pain.. i am wondering that my tvs paying salary to this guys ?? Do this team having any knowledge aboit customer care or customer retention agenda through atleast bare min customer experience.. really this lethargic approach screwed up my temper..

                I had given my car for AC check-up on June 9, 2022 at MyTVS Ambattur. The cooling was low and I was told by the executive that it is best to change the AC and he gave a long list of explanation about the compressor, a noise that is coming from the car etc.
                Then I was told about a total estimate and I agreed to it. Its been more than one month now and I am fed up following up with CRM and other executives. I have visited the center multiple times now and I don't see them going towards the right direction. Last time I visited I requested them to give my car back so that I can give it to some other center and have it reviewed. The promised to resolve in one day and asked for one last chance. It's been a very frustrating experience as the response from the CRM is pathetic and they don't attend my calls (I call them at the max once in three days) Very frustrating experience for a simple AC problem in the car. I request someone from complaints team to look into it as I believe my car is struck with an incapable team that has zero understanding of customer service. Hope it reaches the right team.

                I now doubt it the need for changing AC itself was valid looking at the capability of the team. Kindly do the needful.

                  I left my car for ac service in mytvs service center, Salem on 11/07/2022
                  And after service I got an job card with declaration mentioning that if the car is damaged or fired in mytvs service center premises the whole responsibility is on the car owner. The place where I have to sign was signed by the advisor with a fake signature. If anything happened to my car I will not be able to claim over the company
                  I called to the concerned service center and asked for clarification but the manager is using sarcastic words and filthy language and the advisor is not giving any proper reason and its totally a very bad behaviour and fraud activity from the company side to the customer
                  I'm gonna file a complaint against this issue
                  I want a immediate response for this issue or else the particular service center will face the consequences

                    Hi, i have given my car in MyTvs Ambattur for Dent correction. The work was done but had some paint stains in other doors which was not reported, my sunglass, usb pendrive, god idol were missing during delivery. Issue raised to the concerned service advisor but not getting proper response.

                    Please Please don't use this service. Dropped my car for dent repair, i was out of town so couldn't take everything out from the car. While my car was delivered pen drive, god idol, Sunglass was missing. When it was reported to the GM Anand, Service Advisor Kaviyarasan, Manager Santosh they didn't take it seriously just trying to convince me that it was not available when the car was dropped. I shared the photo evidence but still no effort put from their end to find the items. Also they mentioned that it cant be found because i might have left it at home and blaming them that its missed, which is so absurd. They don't value customer and for them its just one negative google review that's how they handled it. Also the made paint in other door unwantedly and they are supposed to rectify it but still no one came, no response to calls or messages. Please leave your vehicle to the respective car company itself, dont make a blunder by leaving it to them. THEY ARE WORTHLESS ...

                      Hello team,
                      I have booked my car Alto 800 TN 41 AV 9324 for repainting work in mytvs perungudi on 06/06/2022 & got delivered on 09/06/2022. Repainting work is fine & no concerns but my solar air freshener which sticked on dash board was missing during delivery & I raised a complaint on 11/06/2022 but I didn't get proper answer from the mytvs team about the missing item. Please do the needful. I have attached a image of the air freshener available after painting in the shop floor

                        Horrible car service on my car..pathetic

                        I had so much trust on the name 'TVS' for their legacy but the service centre people are spoling it. I had given my car for repainting the whole body of my Honda city car on 16th May 2022 and they took my car with lots of false promises about how well they will do the work on my car etc..it was delivered on 16th june 2022..after a lot of followup from my side..

                        they didnot even hv the courtsey to update...

                        I gave them for servicing .The servicing wasn't done properly. They said they have changed the disk which cost around 3000+ rupees but they didn't change it but billed the amount. And they didn't even do the foam wash or water wash. For your service I paid a total bill of 4474 rupees which does not even cost 500 rupees .

                        They broke bikes engine chamber and now engine oil leaking like a tap water. And single problem has not been fixed when they did bike service.

                        Why are you guys cheating the customers? I can show you now the dust itself is not gone from the bike which means they didn't even properly do a water wash. but took a bill amount of 4474 rupees.

                          My car Alto 800 ( 9 months old) has lost the beauty of a new car on the whole left side after painting through insurance. The shine of the new car is gone as it looks like 5 years old car and it was painted through a local workshop.

                          MyTVS service has ignored the half of bluffing process after the paint.

                            Car Service

                            Extremely Pathetic and Bad Service( MY tvs, Guindy, Chennai): I really don't know what star to give. they don't deserve any recognition. My car had an AC cooling issue, I had raised a service request to Gobmpr and it was allotted to My TVs. They picked up my car on the 6th Morning at 7 a.m and I was told the car will be sent back on the same day. Around 11 am, Mr. Sukumar called and said, they will check and come back about the issue shortly....

                            20 days before my ford fiesta had a compliant of alternator pulley sounding problem. When i was shown in my tvs authorised center in arakonam. They told me pulley & Bearing was broken which needs to replace.

                            After a week they told alternator got shot circuit and need replacement.
                            Last week the replace alternater and delivered my vehicle on 17.05.2022.
                            Charged as along with labour Rs7500/-for that. On the way vehicle was stopped. Again i am unable to start again.

                            Compliant raised immediately. No Proper response. I am running behind them for the past 8days.
                            Kindly take this as compliant &resolve the issue.

                              What the heck service you are providing? Do you fool people around and do business? I will file a case if you are not giving complete refund. Bike was completely fine before service but soon after the service, clutch is broken and accelerator is broken also no water wash. No chain lube nothing you people did and received money 2600/- .
                              You spoiler will regret for this surely
                              I need immediate refund.

                                I have done my Hyundai Eon (TN02AW4020) tinkering working in myTVS Ambattur. My car was having damage in the trunk with the dent and the trunk could not be opened with keys. I left my car for dent work on 09th May 2022. I had initial discussion with the advisor, not sure about the name, his contact no is [protected] and then Mr. Surendar has been assigned as my advisor ([protected]). As per my suggestion, he processed the insurance claim with Royal Sundaram for the trunk repair and got the approval. The car was in myTVS garage for 2 weeks and delivered to me on 21st May, 2022. The dent got repaired and painting work was done properly. When I tried to open the trunk with keys, its not opening. I called the advisor, he mentioned that the trunk lock was not part of claim and it can not be claimed. if I approve he will order the new set of locks. He has not clearly prepared the claim and also not conveyed anything about this during the service period. During the discussion, he was trying to convey the message that the trunk lock can not be claimed in the insurance and disconnected the phone in middle of the conversation. Its not correct. Also, myTVs mentioned that as a complimentary they will replace the wiper blades. I also reminded the same to him on 21st Mar prior to delivery. Also I requested to remove the stickers and clean the exterior properly. Nothing done apart from painting. My concern is - He is not paying attention to the customer complaints, rather blaming the customer. I need two things to be addressed 1. Trunk lock: 2. Wiper blades replacement as committed.                                   I left my Honda city vehicle( TN 38 BU 3802) in Coimbatore MyTVS workshop ( opposite to Avinasilingam University, Coimbatore ) on Jan 14th for accidental repair and full body painting. My TVs promised me to deliver my vehicle within 30 to 40 days from the date of appointment date. It’s been more than 4 months still MyTVS team is doing my car repair and painting work. I enquired many times about my car service status and no one is properly responding to my concerns. When I visited in person and they are asking me to give additional time. Also the painting work and repair work which they have done so far is not completely satisfied to me and complained about the same. For rework also they asked me 1 week of time line and I have given more than 20 days and still they are working on the complaint. I don’t know why my tvs is taking more than 5 months for my mentioned and what the managers and higher officials are doing with respect against customer complaints . Very worst service experience in MyTVS I ever had in my life time.

                                  I have mentioned don’t above service adviser name who is taking care of my car service. He never communicated true information to me whenever I ask whether my car work is completed and his answer is ‘yes sir it’s done and you can come and take your vehicle’. When I visited the service centre he will take leave and repair work will remain as it is . Not sure why he is communicating fake information to me always . It’s been four times he did same to me . Manager is also not providing proper response . I’m very fed up with my service experience with MyTVS . This would be my last service in your organisation and I will never ever recommend your service centre to anyone and will circulate this to social
