I had given my car Tata Tigor Automatic, for service on 24th June and since then they are not able to do service. My Car had minor issue with little noice from strearing when driving slowly. They inspected and said will require stearing to be changed. They order parts and they fixed it but they couldn't do wheel alignment. Later they said part were faulty. That way tried three time ordering parts and doing alignment. But they couldn't fix it. Later they said they will take my vehicle to Prerana Tata Motors for alignment. Prerana motora called me that strearing part model is not correct, so they suggested to change it. We asked them to change it. So, Prerana motors did part replacement and wheel alignment. Now again myTVS started problem with making payment to Tata Motors. They took more than 2 weeks time to settle their amount after my several time visit and fighting with them. Today, 9th Aug I went to pick my car. They asked me to do payment. I asked them full amount. They calculated wrongly and made me pay over 33K. I asked them to settle extra payment done by me. For that they asked me more time to do. When i was about to pick my car I found a cranky sound every time we were putting my car in reverse. Their technician were claiming its normal sound. I argued with them that I never heard this kind of sound in last seven years. Finally they agreed to inspect issue. So, they wasted my more than 1.5 months time, made me pay extra amount of around 5K with over 33K invoiced amount. But yet they couldn't service my car rather created new problem of cranky sound.
