MyTVS — poor service and irresponsible behaviour | |||
This is third time, i had given my car service at my tvs porur branch. They are taking 6 to 7 days for normal service and no responsible person is taking ownership for service. Very poor service and not expecting from tvs group of companies. Everytime they pass on responsibility to others and very casual in their attitude. They thought customer will come to service centre because the brand image. So many big giants in and around world list thier business and close thier shops due to low customer focus.
