Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know about the inferior service and potential damage to my vehicle during the periodic maintenance service booked through myTVS.
Service Details:
Car Number: MH**KD6199
Service Date: 14 June 2025
Service Type: Periodic Maintenance
Issues Encountered:
1. Service Delays and Inconsistent Reporting:
Vehicle was handed over to the driver on 14 June for service
No work was completed for two days despite follow-ups
Service report dated 15 June, but attached photos show 16 June
This discrepancy raises serious concerns about service authenticity
2. Unauthorized Vehicle Usage:
Odometer shows 65 KM additional mileage after handover
Distance to service center is maximum 15 KM
Unexplained excess usage of 50 KM indicates unauthorized use of my vehicle
3. Vehicle Damage:
Critical Issue: New accident damage visible on RHS front bumper
Vehicle was handed over without any damage (video evidence available)
This damage occurred while in myTVS custody
Impact and Concerns: This experience has severely damaged my trust in myTVS services. Despite choosing your company based on its reputation for quality service, the results have been highly disappointing. The unauthorized vehicle usage and potential accident damage are serious breaches of trust.
4. They already took 5 days and have not done my repair properly. Send their invoice without any repair. Not delivering the car without the payment. I told them that i will pay after the checking.
They are fooling the customer and using the car for the personal use. NO response from customer care people also.
Please do the needful.
