MyTVS — Poor workmanship at my tvs, guindy chennai and unprofessional behavior of manager

Sir, I want to bring to your notice my deepest level of dissatisfaction I had with your service center at ekkaduthangal guindy, chennai. On 5/9/15 before I took a long drive with my family from chennai to Coimbatore I had my car tn07 bc 0504 maruti swift serviced for general checkup 8okms service and asked for head bulb replacement. Due to poor workmanship they had the high power bulb (90/10o as I requested) into the original company holder (50/60) instead of the high power cutout holder which blew the bulbs on my way. Due to this I had difficulties in my trip and luckily I got it fixed on my way in an authorized maruti service center who identified the issue. I was very fortunate to avoid any major fire accident due to the wrong connection. I immediately called the service supervisor of my tvs and informed this and told I will come after I return from my trip. Today 14/9/15 I went and met the manager mr.Ravikumar of my tvs and asked for the refund of the bulb and labour as it didn't solve my problem but rather introduced a new issue with high risk of my life. He was so unprofessional and rude with me and argued that he won't refund the money but instead give me 2 bulbs as replacement. When I said I I'll take legal action he sounded like as if he is ok with that. Finally the other people on the floor refunded the bulb cost alone (300/- which I think they paid from their pocket) and apologized for the error. Mr Ravikumar continued his unprofessional behavior until the end. With this bitter experience I will think loud before I go to them again or to recommend my tvs to anyone else. Requesting a proper action against this error as well as with the manager mr.ravikumar. Thanks. Pls connect with me for any more details.
