MyTVS — Refund Issue

One of the worst service I have experienced. I have given my car for general service after feeling a small jerking issue. Even after service they are unable to know what my car issue was. Rather than sorting that they started replacing product in the car which was already in good condition like spark plugs and igniters. Even after that the problem is still there. When I asked them to use my old igniters and check and clean the fuel injectors, that's when the car is little bit stable. So I have asked them to refund my amount of 4203/- paid for igniters which were not used. Now they are not replying me exactly when will I get my refund. Really horrified experience. Please mark my words don't visit them rather go some where else. No customer is satisfied with their works. Even they dont give water to the customers waiting, No AC in waiting hall, it was a heat chamber there. No proper response from the teams. If any problem arise they just say please talk to HO in Chennai. Please I request to expedited my refund process ASAP.
