MyTVS — Undue delay in service, damage to car parts, excessive bill charged | |||
I am a customer of my tvs since 2008, first time i gave in chennai branch, i gave my car for servicing on june 30th, they promised me to deliver the car on july 2nd, but was not delivered, when enquired they promised to give on july 5th evening, then on july 7th, then on 9th july. Losing my patience i said, i will be lodging police case, then finally they brought the car on july 12th noon, the car's inside a/c cabinet was broken, rear window control switches near driver's seat were jammed and not working. Side mirror which i asked to replace were not replaced. A/c was not working. The bill amount was rs. 45000/- whereas during initial discussion much lesser quote was given. Spare parts cost was rs. 28000/- and labour charges were rs. 17000/-, when enquired about such huge labour charges, the mechanic in charge was saying, all are because they outsource the work and it is their charge. I feel better to give the car to local mechanics rather than to believe these brand names and get deceived. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am attached my car with MY TVS Car service division in Ambattur. The first service it self they forced me to buy the card of Rs6000 for my Santro car. They have made lot of false promises and now I am not able to use my care. I called them for service they are not even ready to attended the service.
