MyTVS — Unprofessionalism. MyTVS dont deserv to be in auto industry.

I have faced worst experience first ever service for my car with myTVS. I have raised complaint for the DRL issue for my Scorpio-N, they picked up the car from my location and kept the car for 2 days. They lied the issue has been addressed and drop the vehicle back as it is and they charged the amount for this issue which they have not addressed. I have not seen such an unprofessionalism in my life. Moreover, they have stolen the 64GB San Disk high endurance memory card from my dashcam. What else we can expect from them. This is a biggest nightmare, that I have came across in my life.

The "MyTVS" name should as TVS420. They don't deserve the name as MyTVS.

My request to all not to consider this Company for any vehicle services. They are not automobile professionals.
