[Resolved] Narayana Multi Speciality Hospital — misbehavior of receptionist.

I went with my relative in Narayana Hospital which is located in Andul Road Howrah.In counter as I talked with one of the Receptionist she misbehaved with me and even cursed me using slangs.i want to know what kind of ethics are followed as she is doing a PR job and misbehaving with the patient escorts.Her name is Soma
The incident took place on 14.03.2018.
