Narayana Multi Speciality Hospital — no proper response from the hospital

We have attached the file we had given blood test and still now we have not got the reports and we are shuttling from hospital to home.There is no proper response from the hospital side .we would like you to look into this matter seriously..
Today also we called but they are not responding...
This is happening during the lockdown and even they are not sending the repits in watsapp..they tell to come collect from office
