I have done the payment for neet pg 2022, my money got debited but my payment was still pending so I had paid again this time payment was successful.so when will I get my money???

Had successfully done the payment for neet mds exam on 10 jan and till date it is not reflected in my form,
i have talked with my bank and phone pay app helpline the payment has reached your bank on the same date and has been successfully debited from my bank account, the issue is not on my bank end neither on the app that i am using

I MAILED ON THE HELPLINE EMAIL ADD BUT THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAIL
TILL 22JAN2022 THE PAYMENT WAS NOT REFLECTED FOR MY FORM NEETMDS 2022
I PAID THE FEE AGAIN SO THAT I GET THE CHANCE TO GIVE MY EXAM ON THE GIVEN DATE

THE HELPDESK IS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL
I PAID 4250 RUPEES TWICE

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REFUND MY FIRST PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT

I have paid NEET PG-2022 exam fee of Rs 4250 on 20-Jan-2022 through ICICI BANK using UPI Mode.
The amount was deducted from my Bank. But even after 48 Hrs it is still showing payment pending which means my application is not yet accepted.

Hi sir, I am J.M.DRAVIDAN, candidate for NEET PG 2022. I have paid ₹4250 for the NEET PG 2022 exam but the site didnt recognize the transaction. I have sent an email to NBE addressing this issue and I was asked to wait for 48 hrs before second payment by the NBE. I waited and did the second payment and have applied successfully. But i didn't get refund for the first failed transaction. The bank as well as the phonepe app through which I paid had informed that the money is deposited in NBE's account. I have attached the transaction details. Kindly look into this.Thank you.

I have applied for neet pg 2022 on 15th jan 2022 .. At the time of payment, i paid through UPI a sum of Rs 3250 and it was immediately deducted from my account., but the login page was still showing payment pending. So i paid for the 2nd time again a sum of Rs 3250 this time it was successful and money was also deducted. Now i have paid double - a total of 6500 for NEET PG 2022. Please help me to get a refund of Rs 3250 . Below are pictures of both my transactions. Money has been received by NBE still no refund is initiated

While applying for neetpg 22 I had to try a total of 3 times for payment 4250 each in which 2 times money was debited but application was not accepted, it showed payment not done still, by luck third time's was successful, i mailed the help desk regarding the matter and dint even get a reply from them, my 8500 Ros was stuck because of server problem from there end, and they can't even reply any thing regarding the money
Please kindly look into the matter

During payment UPI transaction, amount was debited from my account but payment was still pending so later i paid again and it became successful .so kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. When the fresh registrationfor NEET PG 2022 starts on 15.01.2022, i have applied myself for the same. As per the registration process i have paid fee of Rs 4250 from my friends account (HDFC Netbanking). As the website runs very slowly, final receipt can not generated and sbiepay say for try again. But amount of Rs 4261 was debited from my account. After two hours i tried again to pay fee and this time it was successes and i got receipt also. But amount was debited twice from my friend's account. Regarding this issue i have mailed [protected]@natboard.edu.in on 16.01.2022 but still date they can not responded. When i call to helpline, they told to follow email only. I complained to HDFC Bank but they told that both transaction got successes so they need confirmation email from merchant about multiple payment. First time my payment of Rs 4250 was not successful but money deducted from my bank account Axis Bank

Second time payment was successful and again Rs 4250 was deducted from my bank account. I tried reaching the bank authorities after the entire process, they said my both payments were successful and asked to contact NBE for a refund. Kindly refund my one transacted amount at earliest. But due to some unknown errors... My payment status is pending... Money has not been debited from my account..

Then the next time i logged in ... Payment option is not being shown to me due to this reason I am unable to successfully complete my application form.
Kindly consider my plea of providing the payment option and provide a solution to my problem.

My application id is PG013302. i have done payment of rs. 4250 on 15th January 2022 to NBE . I have also mailed to nbe for which they have replied to me and told me to wait for 48 hours or make payment again but it's been already 72 hour since the 1st payment.
Still didn't get refund and they have not mentioned anything about refund in the reply of email..
i have to pay again because i had fear about the centre becoming full and NBE always has an upper hand. only candidates suffer..
