I Aswathy Devi Rajan, with application number of PG016990 have applied for neet pg 2022 on 15Jan2022, application was submitted but the payment which was done to nbe turned to a issue.Amount was debited from my account and successfully transferred to NBE but it was not updated so i have to pay again..so i kindly request you initiate the refund...thank you!!

While applying for neetpg 22, I had to try a total of 3 times for payment 3250 each
in which 2 times money was debited but application was not accepted, it still showed payment pending, by luck third time was successful.
And refund the money of two failed transactions done on 15 th nd 16th January is not yet done !

I krishnaveni shaji (reg ID:PG085153)have made a transaction of 4250 for neet pg registration on Jan 27 2022 and money debited from the account but the payment was shown pending.Waited for 48hrs as per sbi customer care advice, even after that payment shown pending.Registered a complaint in sbi and made payment second time and it was successful. Now when I contacted customer care they informed initial payment was successful and transfered to the merchant.
Kindly refund the first payment which was deducted through BHIM app UPI payment method.

Didn't get refund from NBE . As per bank statement money was transferred to NBE account.

Cash debited but payment pending for NEET PG 2022

I’m a NEET PG 2022 Candidate with User ID: PG201092. I paid 4250 through google pay for NEET PG 2022 with UPI Transaction ID:[protected], But still it shows payment is pending. Kindly do needful.

I have successfully registered to NEET PG exam on 15th January with the following user ID. PG013536
However, when I tried to register on 14th January, money was deducted from my account but registration was unsuccessful. I never got this amount refunded to my account. Please help me to get this refund, also let me know what extra details are required to avail this.

I am Miss Gulzan Muzaffar and my NEET PG application no: is PG007540.While paying examination fee for NEET PG through net banking, an amount of Rs 4261.80 was debited from my account with J&K Bank on[protected] against eBill/[protected]/24917. The message displayed was “Transaction could not be completed, please try again”. The said debited amount has not been credited back to my account till date.
Fresh payment was made on same date[protected] for same amount against eBill/[protected]/24917 and that was successful.
A complaint in this regard was lodged with J&K Bank. The bank took up the matter with SBI and their reply is as under:

I made a payment on 15th Jan 2022(Saturday) after filling up the form
and payment was successful with a transaction reference number
[protected]. But, the same was not reflected on nbe.edu site even after
more than 48 hrs. and it was still showing as payment was pending. I
reached out to Avinash(via helpdesk) and as per his suggestion I made
a second payment and a form was submitted with successful payment.

Having said that, I requested to initiate a refund on my first payment and reply was to reach out to respective bank.

I had reached out to the bank and they asked me to get a confirmation
email from NBE stating that NO payment was received with payment ID[protected] dated on 15th Jan 2022 from NBE.

I requested NBE to give me confirmation so that I can forward
that email to the respective bank and they can initiate a refund. But, No reply after multiple reminders from them since 11 days.
