Respected sir/Madam. I'm Aarthi N and my user ID is PG129764.The first payment for Neet Pg Mbbs-22 through UPI-QR on 22/1/2022 at 4.54 pm had failed but the amount of Rs.4250 got debited. I paid twice for this application and the second time it got accepted. Kindly refund my debited amount of Rs 4250 as soon as possible.Thank you.

I did a second payment which was made successfully and got my application submitted for neet Pg

Today I got a mail that my first payment was also accepted by the merchant side, please refund my extra payment money

I have applied for above mentioned exam with above mentioned application number and deposited application fees ₹4295/-(bank statement attached), but after that some rules are changed and NBE asked me to update the application and resubmit it, and they further told me by an email that if I don’t do so my application will not be entertained and will be cancelled and application fees will be refunded.(email pdf attached)

As I was not in compliance with the change in rules I did not update the application, and asked for refund by email and by calling the helpline number.

Now they are not refunding my money and not giving the satisfactory response.

Kindly help me.

My application id is PG127944. i have done payment of Rs. 4250 on 22th January 2022 to NBE .It's been already 72 hour since the 1st payment and still it shows payment pending but money got deducted from my account.
I have to pay again because i had fear about the centre becoming full and NBE always has an upper hand. only candidates suffer..

FNB second year course fees was paid on[protected] throughSBIEPAY gateway from SBI account. After payment site did not return to NBE fee payment page and payment not acknowleged. Issue not resolved despite repeate emails to NBE.

Respected sir, I am M.P.K.DEEPAN, candidate for NEET PG 2022. I have paid ₹4250 for the NEET PG 2022 exam but the site didnt recognize the transaction. I had sent an email to NBE addressing this issue and I was asked to wait for 48 hrs before second payment by the NBE. I waited and did the second payment and have applied successfully. But i didn't get refund for the first failed transaction. The bank as well as the phonepe app through which I paid had informed that the money is deposited in NBE's account. I have attached the transaction details. Kindly look into this.Thank you.

The amount of Rs 4295.14 was deducted even after it showed a failed transaction while trying to register for my Neet PG after which I had to make another transaction. I have already made a complaint to my concerned bank but still the problem hasn't been resolved.

Good morning I paid for neet pg registration on 15.01.22 via g pay and amount was transferred to nbe still it was not updated in the Id so we were unable to select the center for examination then we tried paying from another account then it was updated in the website Id. But the first payment we paid was not transferred back to us. This is not fair getting double payment for the same id. When complaint is registered through mail they said to wait for 48 hours or make payment again. Still the first payment we made was not credited back to us. What should be done about this.

my application Id is MD007603 For which ihave made offline payemnt through sbi challan and submitted fees on 21 jan 2022 and still is showing payment is pending . i choose this mode of payment after much trying to online payment but it failed so after that i choose offline mode and still its showing payment pending and last date is 24 january 2022 and i heve been sending mails to helpdesk to resolve issue, but there is no reply.so sir kindly look into the matter as its a matter of comppetition.
