I attempted fmge exam on June 29 2018. There was a delay in issuing eligibility certificate by Medical Council of India due to which my result was withheld by NBE. Now, I received my eligibility certificate on March 26th 2019 and the NBE refuses to declare my result though I've all my documents. The delay in my documents was due to MCI and NBE refuses to declare my result. And NBE suggests me to retake exam without even declaring my result. This shows incompetency on behalf of NBE.

I was not allotted any college as of first counseling and I didn't apply for second counseling. As per the annex the tuition fees of rupees 25000 is refundable.when can I get it refunded.kindly let me know.thank you
