National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Basic benefit denied for local vehicles.

I am staying in chengalpattu. I am working in Mahindra city. My vehicle number TN 19 AD 1071 is a commercial vehicle.
Daily I am traveling from my hometown to Mahindra city- Infosys, about seven kilometers, which is costing around 60 rupees to and fro. Which is a loss for us. When we approach our higher authority, we were denied for our basic needs. I am owner cum driver and there are around 150 drivers like me, who are experiencing the same situation. There is no basic benefits for us. It was denied as we are local.
