National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Black listed my Vehicle No. RJ14CW1457 | |
Sir I have taken a Fastag from ICICI BANK 3/4 YEAR ago. At that time Fastag facilities was not available on all toll plaza. I faced double payment problem as amount deducted from tag and cash payment taken also. At that time not aware about claiming double payment problem. On requesting ICICI HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY SOLUTION. So I preferred not to charge the Fastag. Thus a debit balance in my account for Rs. 10 approx only. ICICI Bank has closed my Fastag account and blacklist my Vehicle while I have security for Rs. 200 with them. They may deduct my debit balance from security but despite my repeated request they neither operationalised my account nor refunded my security and blacklisted my Vehicle with NHAI. I requested a number of time with ICICI for removing my Vehicle fromblack list they have told me that it will be done by NHAI. I talked NHAI helpline a number of time last in December 2020 he told me that Vehicle is not in black list and not gave me any complaint no. for my request but no solution provided as today I have tried for another Fastag the Fastag provider has told me that vehicle is still in black list. I am senior citizen and being harrassed by NHAI and ICICI BANK. I most humbly request your good self take suitable action against both for harreshment and remove my vehicle from black list so I can get another Fastag. My suggestion is not to black list any vehicle as NHAI is concerned with toll charge only whether it is paid through ICICI Bank or by some other bank or Paytm. Regards.
