National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Blocked fasttag related complain

My vehicle number gj03bw9378 and i have using icici bank fasttag now i going to my regular national highway no 27 8a which on porbandar jetpur highway when i scan thier then after toll palaza agent tell me that your fasttag was block because upon your vehicle number some one other person buy fasttag no same number on which date 01.02.2026 then he know that he buy wrong number fasttag then he cancle the fasttag now what should i do i have nothing to do with my fasttag i nighet buy new fasttag or i didn't sale my vehicle now i paying extra for all the toll we crossing without fasttag and we vivist bank of our fasttag icici bank he saying ask national authority of fasttag and i also call to helpline number 1033 he cut the call withour helping us.
If i going to buy a new fasttag then i have to pay again 800 inr for that what are our point to if any one buy with same number and then our fasttag will be block how we can do that.

First of all i know that how nhai and fasttag autority approve the fasttag which have already active fasttag and how authority approve without rc book document verification
