I was crossing from pipli Odisha toll plaza I had balance in my fastag account but toll staff refused to cross the barrier as they're physical scanning machine showed low balance and they shouted at us to move out of the line and started misbehaving with us even local police was involved.

During may travel on dated 11/6/2023 I paid Toll at Hiwargaon Pavasa Toll plaza . My vehicle number is MH14 JH4796 . I observed that the Toll was deducted twice from my Fastag account . I am attaching the image as a proof in the attachment . Please look into this as resolve asap.

During my travel on dated 11/6/2023 I paid toll at Hiwargaon Pavasa Toll Plaza. When I checked my statement, I observed that the toll amount was deducted twice for the amount of Rs 105/- . I request you to refund the toll amount of Rs 105/- to my Fastag wallet asap.

Please refer the attached image towards the proof of double payment.

On dated[protected] i was travelling from jaipur to pali in my car RJ16CA5669 and on Datisa to Jaipur before the toll i recharged my fasttag with 500 rs and the before recharge the balance was 56 rs. The toll person said that the fast tag is not working so u have to pay 160 (80 rs toll and 80 rs penalty) i requested him to check properly but he refused to do so and charged 160/- rs, while he was making the slip, i showed him the message of deducation of toll but he started arguing with me. As i was with my family, I kept quite and left the matter.

This is Pradeep Velmurugan from madurai.
I am using Ford ecosport vehicle TN64U8566.

For the above mentioned vehicle I am using fast tag from IDFC bank. I crossed kappalur toll plaza near Thirumangalam, madurai around 11:30 am in third lane. The toll women representative told me that my fast tag is blacklisted and I have to pay 200 ruppees to cross the toll. I enquired about the fast tag again and she replied it was blacklisted. I paid 200 ruppees in toll plaza and crossed the toll and checked with the bank representative nearby the toll plaza.

He replied that my fast tag is working fine and there is no issue in it.

I again went back to the toll plaza and updated that my fast tag is not blacklisted and asked them to return the fine amount.

But they replied that I am cheating them by recharging the fast tag after crossing and demanding them money. Instead of addressing the issue they were blaming me that I am cheating them. I told them that I will show them the statement of the fast tag where they can check the recharge details they directed me to a cabin where manager is seated. I did not get proper response from them also I waited for nearly more than 45 minutes and left the toll plaza.

Then I crossed another toll gate near madurai airport. There my fast tag worked fine. I felt like I am cheated and hence registering this complaint.

Requesting you to kindly take action against the staff representative who was in gate 3 who abused me by referring me to a cheater. Also I request you to refund me Rs 100 which was collected as fine

1. Incident occur in dule, maharashtra, Avdhan Toll.
2. Commom public going toll booth line
But this toll walo ke bap ki toll walo nay get khol kay jane diya bina toll deeye.

Dear Team Bhadrabaad toll plaza deducting toll tax without any vehicle movement because today on date 25/12/2023 at 15:42:48 deduct 95 rupees without any movement of my vehicle UK08X0448 from my fast tag Account HDFC Bank so please take action against my complaint and unnecessary recovery.

At ghaggar toll plaza my toll was also deducted from fastag inr 115 and the barrier did not opened and i had to pay 230 inr amount.
This means something is not right with the people or the technology.
Please could you refund and make sure it is working fine.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue concerning the toll plazas on the Pali-Jodhpur highway (NH65). There are two toll plazas along this route, and I have observed that the distance between both toll plazas is stated to be 30 km.
The toll plaza on the Pali-Jodhpur highway (NH65) is first encountered at Pali Gumti, followed by the next toll plaza at Nimbali toll plaza.
I kindly request that the relevant authorities investigate and address this issue promptly to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for all travelers using this highway.

I am physically challenged person and have applied exempted fast tag in Oct month. Ro has been approved and pending with CO approval for more than 2 months. Kindly approve.

Washroom was very untidy and dirty water taps were broken there was no water facilities available at sohna toll plaza, please resolve it as soon as possible very much disappointed

During my journey from Delhi to Chandigarh on December 15th, I stopped at the Derabassi (Punjab) toll plaza and used the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find the toilet in an unsatisfactory condition, with broken seats and a dirty wash basin. The overall hygiene was subpar, giving the impression that the facility had not been adequately cleaned for an extended period. It seems that the management of the toll plaza has neglected the importance of maintenance, prioritizing their operational responsibilities over the cleanliness and upkeep of essential facilities.

Hi I son of c narayanamma holding a property survey no 2/2, attibele, Bangalore 562107. Request for survey and show the extent of land taken for road in attibele office, then they called hanumantappa ([protected]) in electronic city office and told about the same on 14/12/23 and from then he kept telling lies and postponed from coming to place and when I called today he responds rude way stating I can’t come i[censored] want go and give complaint in office first then will Look into that matter and I told him will take this same to ape and SLAO office he says u can take it I don’t mind . But hen on he stopped responding . Please look into this matter and help us get the land surveyed as we r starting construction in the said property .

The charges are varying daily. They are charging Rs 23 for both up and down separately on some day. On some days, they charge Rs 23 and Rs 12.

A complain is raised with ICICFast tag with insident on dated 19th Nov 2023 @08:51:46 time toll amount Rs165 debited from my fast tag at Chhajarshi toll plaza towards Hapur road but the car was parked at 300 km away location at home location Agra.
I recieved the alert debit massage of debit card at 8:56 am .
Please check and resolve, such cases should not happen with any one.

Or I will take legal action against Toll plaza under 420 and few more as this may be a criminal conspirecy by the neglegence or intention which could make me fall under any criminal letigation as my car number is used, I may have to logde a FIR also so safe me and my car number.

As if the car number is used then its clear intention that their is any criminal conspirecy is going and For such situation I have to file a FIR for investigation for mis use of my car number so that the mistake or intention could clear me from my letigation if any either planned or done by neglegence.

In Sanawara tool plaza (Himcahal pradesh NH05 ) out 5 gates they always open two gates only .. due to this their heavy traffic jam, i have asked staff why Mr Sikander why two gates are open, at least open 3 gates to avoid traffic jam during peak time (Monday and Friday ) i am regular traveller of this road they always closed 80 % gates and staff are seating in corner for gossiping, today they try to flight with me when i asked to open other gates and try to snatch my mobile phone when i m making video for their mis behaviour .

Toilets just after the Kurnool toll plaza, (Bangalore to Hyderabad) are in a pathetic state.
Broken ceramic ware, broken tiles of bathroom floor.
Seemed better to hold a full bladder rather than using these toilets.
Request NHAI KURNOOL to work towards repairing these.

I was passing by Mandava Toll Plaza where the queue was more than 100 metres. According to the NHAI rules, if the queue is more than 100 metres the toll plaza shall allow vehicle to pass free. But in my case I requested the toll plaza personnel to allow me to pass free but he didn't. And the amount was deducted from my bank account. This a pure violation of rules by Toll plaza. This happened with me quite a few times. I want refund for the amount deducted at Mandava Toll plaza.
