Asking cash in toll

In damoh jabalpur road katangi toll plaza,
A personnel of toll plaza asking 30 rs for toll despite fastag.
And said you must have to pay in cash not by fastag, behave rudely and state that fastag is not working here go back withdraw money from atm.
Toll plaza is solely responsible for not working fastag in its toll and I am agree pay through fastag.
I want my money back

Complaint Regarding Wrong toll collections at Mundiya Toll Plaza at Kiccha Bareilly Highway

I would like to inform you that despite of collecting toll charges from Fast Tag, this toll plaza collected tolls in cash as in cash transactions they don't refund change. Nallur - Toll plaza gets traffic jam and unauthorized parking within toll entry & exit

Respected sir, I am commuting daily to my office by crossing the Nallur - Tool plaza (NH - 5) in both way of my journey.
Morning Situation towards janapachatram - Tolls are not working efficiently and every vehicle is stopped for the inefficiency of the sensor reading the Fastag.
Once I came out from the toll...so many big lorries and containers are parked on the left of the road, which is a big nonsense and every out coming...

Damaged my car windshield due to toll plaza mismanagement

Toll on Wardha to Nagpur Highway

I travelled from Wardha to Nagpur (Maharashtra) with Fastag sticker on car. When i reached toll they said your fastag balance is Zero but my account has balance Rs. 4000 INR.
