Full onward journey toll was collected for the return journey also within the same day

Address: Varadharajapuram Toll Plaza, Tamilnadu

A toll of Rs.56 was collected at Varadhajapuram Toll Plaza, TN on 1st Nov'23 for my trip[protected] at 08.36 against my Axis bank fastag wallet ID [protected] for my vehicle no. TN12Q9901. Same full toll of Rs.56 was again collected instead of Rs.28 for my return trip[protected] happened on the same day at 20.42.
Kindly arrange to return Rs.28 back to my Axis bank fastag wallet....

Toll tax issue.

Address: Pimpalgaon Baswant Toll Plaza

At Pimpalgaon Baswant toll plaza, my car and the cars behind mine were made to wait for 15+ mins just because the car ahead of was trying to use some kind of sources to get past the toll without paying the toll.
The toll authorities after 15 mins let the car pass by for free but all the cars behind ours were made to pay the toll.
How fair is it for us to pay the toll without having to do anything with the toll authorities?!...

For wrong deduction of payment from fastag

I have a fastag issued by paytm.
On 10 October 2023 at 11:15 p.m
I got a massage that my fastag has been deducted by rupees 130 for crossing the rohad toll plaza at rohtak. But i haven't avail the service as i didn't cross the rohad toll plaza at that time as for that i have raised a complaint on paytm but i didnot get any solution till now. So i am requesting you to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible...

Employee rude behavior

Though there was balance in the fastag account but it couldn't read because of airtel server issue. He was unable to understand to the issue told told us to pay the double the amount.Though the issue was with airtel app and when asked politely he was unable to understand the issue and treated us rudely and used abusive words and misbehaving and came out to raise his hand against us...

Refund of toll and fastag reader

I m gone through khondali toll plaza i have balance in my fastag account and it is debited also but toll manager said you have to pay by cash because it is not showing in our system and i paid 120 rs cash and 60 rs also cut through my fastag account. So instead of 60 rs i have to paid 180 rs means 120 rs extra because of toll system not working. Its toll plaza fault that i have to go through.so refund my 120 rs of toll....

Multiple charges for Single Journey

On a single journey to Mysore form Bangalore, Rs.165 is charged at Kaniminike toll and additional Rs.155 is charged on Gananguru Toll plaza near Mysore. Please clarify on this.
The Single toll which has multiple names that Sheshagirihalli Toll plaza and Kaniminike toll plaza. Clarify this also....

Bonguloor toll plaza does not have working RFID reader

Demanding cash even from toll even though fastag balance was there

I was asked by the toll plaza staff to provide cash for passing through the toll gate even though I had fastag balance . I passed through the same plaza an hour ago and they told me initially I didn't have balance and then checked again and let me through . When I came back after an hour they told me I didn't have balance and made me pay 120rs .

Illegal parking on the highways and uncontrolled traffic

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are continuously facing traffic issues in the Hazira area where illegal parking of Container trailers and blockage of service roads due to parking of trailers since the Adani PORT has opened.
all the working staff is being affected resulting increase in travel time by 30 minutes more than the average time.

Service road required NH7 Zirakpur near Dyalpura road

Hi Sir,
There is service required at NH 7 near Dyalpura Road Zirakpur.

This strech is from Airport lights on patiala road till VIP Road traffic light on NH 7.

Badarpur toll plaza charged still showed blacklisted and took cash

I crossed Badarpur toll plaza from Delhi to Faridabad, last lane on the right has taken cash from all the cars stating that the fastag is blacklisted. How can all the cars be blacklisted.? You need to get the machines tested. They deducted through fastag as well. They took 70 rs cash and deducted amount from fastag....

Regarding wrong placement of the sign board on the highway

There is sign board on NH152 before chandlana road when coming from ambala to narnaul. The sign board placed for the direction of pundri is wrong instead of pundri it should be dhand. It causes alot of inconvenience for the people....
