National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Car damaged by toll operator

Address: Mavikala Toll Plaze EPE Exit 2. towards Baghpat Gaziabad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was crossing Mavikala Toll Plaza toward Baghpat at EPE exit No 2 on 24th July 2025 02:32:32, the toll operator pressed babu stick of toll mid of my car crossing. My car got damaged on driver side roof pillar got dent in my new Inova Hycross. The agency is saying for removing dent will cost Rs. 8000/- and also they will keep Car for two days.

You are requested to give Rs.8000/- + Rs. 5000/- two days texi charges ASAP, so I can give my car for repair.
