National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charged toll tax at malera plaza while being armed force personnel

I was charged with toll tax while as per goi letter nhai/11013/it/ho/2017 dated 06 dec 17 all armed forces in civil or hired vehicle on or off duty are exempted from toll tax further on telling that this provision exists they were not ready to listen. Even after speaking to the manager and explaining the situation they were relentless. It was surprising that even the senior person was also not aware of the same. I paid the tax as people behind me were getting haressed.
The manager as well as the toll both guy were not ready to accept it and we're continuously arguing to a point of harrasment
They need to be educated and courteous
