National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint regarding arrogant behavior by a toll plaza boy @ Inchgao Toll plaza Solapur Sangali Road

Dear Team,
I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of a toll plaza boy at Inchagao Toll Plaza, Solapur- Sangli Road on 19/06/2026 at 16.32.
While passing through the toll plaza in vehicle number MH13EP3713, the toll plaza boy was chatting with the driver of another vehicle for a long time. I told him that if he had more time to talk, he should ask the driver to move the vehicle to the roadside and continue the discussion there, instead of wasting the time of people waiting in the toll plaza queue. At that point, the on duty toll plaza boy behaved in a rude, arrogant and unprofessional manner, the toll plaza boy used abusive language toward me in front of my family.

I request that the matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the concerned employee. Kindly ensure that toll plaza staff are instructed to maintain proper conduct with commuters.
I would appreciate receiving an update regarding the action taken on this complaint.
