National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — double toll charged in cash & fastag

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that toll is charged twice one in cash and even from Fastag at the same time interval of approx one minute. When we arrived at the toll booth the scanner scanned the Fastag but the display showed that the Fastag is invalid then he printed a receipt which is attached below and charged from us Rs. 50.00 in cash which we paid when arrived home we checked that amount was also debited from account.

Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 50 for transaction by Vehicle WB06R0888 at Toll Rajchandrapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T18:40:33. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 177.88 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

Please look into to the matter and reverse back the charges.
