I would like to file a complaint regarding an excess toll amount deducted from my FASTag account at KMP Toll Plaza, Manesar-7B.

I was traveling on the KMP Expressway from Tauru Toll Plaza to Manesar-7B. As per the applicable toll rates, the toll charge for this route should be ₹30 only(my return journey case ₹15 only), however, an amount of ₹180 was wrongly deducted from my FASTag account.

This incorrect deduction has caused inconvenience. I kindly request you to verify the transaction and refund the excess amount at the earliest.
