Respected sir/madam, After lot of chasing and struggle i got hands on fastag from icici and was very happy to use it to save time plus wanted to be part of something new which nhai is implementing, my happines was shortlived when i figured out i still had to wait and waste time at these two toll plazas 1) krishnagiri 2) vaniyambadi (Both towards chennai from bangalore)... Yes the fastag lanes are not working and at krishnagiri fastag lane was blocked by some load truck supposedly belonging to your project work, truck took good 2 to 3 minutes to move and give way! Truck driver was having a chat with toll booth operator while truck blocking the the lane at exit, then manual detection of fastag was done and i was let thru! I'm a fast tag user from IDFC Bank and regular user of Badarpur Toll Plaza. The toll personnel have been harassing fast tag users for no obvious reasons. The Fast Tag reader often doesn't read the fast tag of the vehicle and the vehicles are diverted to the parallel lane. In this lane, earlier they used to have hand held readers which always read my tag accurately but now they've stopped use of hand held readers and force fast tag readers to pay cash for crossing the toll. Almost 6-8 men stand near the counter and start pressurizing to pay and say it is not their responsibility if tag is not being read. A lone driver, especially female, would hardly try to argue with such rude and bad mouth people, as in my case.
If my Tag was not read at any of the plazas or never at this particular plaza, I would assume that there is some problem with my tag but in this case, it seems that they do this intentionally to harass fast tag users so that we're either forced to pay cash or alternatively use their own special tags at the toll. Moreover, I've multiple times confirmed from the issuing agency and they've confirmed that my Fast Tag is active. I request you to look into this discrepancy and resolve any irregularities present.

At KhedShivapur Pune toll, Fastag sensors are not working properly, takes More Time, operator has to talk to someone on phone and gets clearance. This is going on for last More than 3 months. Non Fastag vehicles are also allowed. So no time saving. Similar situation at Aneawadi- Satara toll plaza .
As against atTasawade toll plaza near Karad, non Fastag vehicles are not allowed at all & sensors work very fast . Really creditable.

Deeghal toll plaza, this Toll Plaza is on Rohtak to Jhajjar Road and is not working properly if we take our vehicle and try to pass from the Fast Track lane the sensor would not sense and a person is forced to pay in cash what is the use of getting fast tag if the tag is not being sent in most of the toll plaza the senses r not so effective at most of the places

I have the following complaints
1. On 11th June I paid Rs.810/- to Mr. Anand - employee of Kiran - Agent Ph. no. [protected]. I was informed Deposit Rs.200/- Tag Charges Rs.200/- Balance Rs.410/- will be recharged into my Fastag Account and Tag will be activated within few hours
2. After several followups it was activated on 15/06/2018
3. I have used the Fastag Lane only twice at Bangalore -Tumkur Road at Toll Plaza 1 @14 825 on 22nd June at 09:14:01 hrs & 24th June at 7:20:09 hrs, but today my balance is showing Rs.162 only. Ideally it should show Rs.260/- as I have used the Fastag Lane only on these 2 oaccassions
I have used only the Local lanes with my local pass at Bangalore - Tumkur Road at Kulumapalya Toll Plaza & Chokkenahalli Toll Plaza but looks like without even using the Fastag Lane the amounts are being deducted
I am really upset with this kind of deductions. This is nothing but cheating by both Agent and the Fastag company
My grievances
- Wrong information by your Agent, collected Rs.810/- informing that Rs.410/- will be recharged but only Rs.300/- recharged
- without using Fastag Lane the company is deducting the amounts if I cross the Toll Plaza in other than Fastag lane
- I request you to kindly clarify and refund the money deducted from my Fastag account without even using the Fastag lane of Rs. 118/- (Recharge Rs.300 - (20+20 Fastag lane used) = Balance 260 - Available 142 = excess deducted Rs. 118 without using Fastag lane) & Rs.110/- collected by the Agent Kiran (Rs.810 (Deposit Rs.200 + Tag Cost Rs.200 = 400) - Recharge Rs.300/- = 110/-

Kindly let me know how to stop the unauthorized charges being deducted while I am passing Tolls without using the Fastag lane and using other lanes with Local Pass or Paying the toll charges
Also I am not seeing any great benefit in using Fastag lane as sometimes the lane and its management is taking more time than the regular lanes

Looking at number of complaints on fasttag lanes I decided no to recharge account again.
National highway authority cannot do any thing with toll plaza collection contractors. No surprise it is India where sevice is luck and considered as favour.

I traverled through Badarpur toll plaza by my fast tag fitted xar at 7.27 pm yesterday and took multi entry ticket for Rs 37.00 through non fast tag lane.
On my return again got my ticket punched but fast tag deducted Rs 25.00 at 0.13 am

Since, one month i have been using Fastag service in Toll Gate for my car, Now we are facing lot of issues from your service and having more doubts please clear and solve the issues.
I have 3 doubts in fastag please explain me over mail reply.
1. How I can change my e-mail id?
2. Your advertising is 7.5% cashback but you will return only 5%.
3. You have charged above normal lane charges in Fastag. for your refer below i have mentioned.
