National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — inordinate delay in exempted fastag application no: ro-jai[protected]

I am a person with benchmark disability as described by right of PWD act 2016. I have applied for exempted fastag on https://exemptedfastag.nhai.org in April 2025 and Application number is : RO-JAI[protected]

My application has been approved by RO Jaipur and forwarded to CO division - Approved from RO, pending for verification and approval at CO.Division .
It is pending ever since April 2025. I have attached all the necessary documents to the website alongwith my application and it is found correct at RO level and same forwarded.

I have been waiting and waiting, yet there seems to be no solution provided in the past 4 months. It is my humble request you to take necessary action.
