We were crossing on 3rd july 2020 11:22 via kini toll plaza kolhapur Towards dharwad after paying through fasttag.

Fasttag transaction details:

Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 75 for transaction by Vehicle MH01CP4374 at Toll Kini Toll Plaza on[protected]T11:22:02.

During this toll Booth gate rod hit on the car while passing after paying through fasttag . This has major damage on chassis of the mahindra xuv car w10- orange.the damage has given the major dent on front driver side panel
for the mistake done by the toll booth personal working at kini toll plaza.Damage screen shot attached

We had also spoken to authorities over there .
Also with the manager mr.mohite thats the name he told .We also register the complain in the record book screen shot attached.

As per the local authorities of kini toll plaza the reimbursement will be done by govt msrdc post verification and validation by govt. There is no timelines for closure

I paid the toll but the cost of damage to my car due to authorities of kini toll plaza is not been closed .

Due to covid situation we are need be least exposed hence we couldnt lock the fir at nearest police station .I believe that the complaint registed at toll boot wld be considered . There was no support available interms of how this will follpwwd through rather a simple answer was given by authority that it will be handle by msrdc

Need the negligence to be closed and loss to be recovered

Iam seeking support from mahindra xuv cost will upload that response also
