National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Non-provision of pedestarial path in toll plaza

It is submitted that in toll plaza at Ghatta (Kangra) no provision of pedestarian has been made thereby occuring accidents. On 22.10.2025 Shri Chandu Lal S/o Shri Dalku was met with an accident in the middle of toll plaza who injured badly with the hit of activa because there is no provision of pedestarian path. Shri Chandu lal immediately taken to your first aid box and there dressing was done and due to seriousness, he was taken to local doctor with your staff with ambulance of toll plaza and given medicine. Shri chandu lal is a poor and he can not afford the expenditure of medicines. Therefore, he may be compensated. Also path for padestarian may be erected to go in and out through toll plaza and villagers have to go to their fields for cropping seeds and other day to day needs. But they always in fear for accident as they have to take some material from field to their houses. From which lane and path, they will pass the way. Therefore, you are requested to firstly compensate fo Shri Chandu lal and secondly erect the path at the earliest possible.
